The Birla Ojasvi Payment Plan offers buyers a convenient way of paying cash in simple installments without any burden. This flat payment schedule is well planned to pay out over 5 years with 10 instalments. Every year, a buyer has to pay 10% of the total amount with 2 instalments, including GST.

The time linked payment plan for Birla Ojasvi will consist of 10 instalments divided in 5 years from September 2025 to December 2030. The details of the payment plan for under- construction projects with dates are as follows:

There are general plans that RERA outlines for projects that are under construction. The overall Birla Ojasvi payment plan will comprise the steps listed below:

  • Installment 1: The buyer must pay 10% of the total cost when booking a property and selecting the Units, which includes GST.
  • Installment 2: The next payments of 10%+ GST should be done after 90 days (3 Months) of booking or allotment date.
  • Installment 3: 10%+ GST must be paid between Jan to June 2025
  • Installment 4: 10%+ GST must be paid between July to December 2025
  • Installment 5: 10%+ GST must be paid between Jan to June 2026
  • Installment 6: 10%+ GST must be paid between July to December 2026
  • Installment 7: 10%+ GST must be paid between Jan to June 2027
  • Installment 8: 10%+ GST must be paid between July to December 2027
  • Installment 9: 10%+ GST must be paid between Jan to June 2028
  • Installment 10: 10%+ GST must be paid between July to December 2028
  • Installment 11: 10%+ GST must be made in 2029
  • Final Instalment: The final payment of 10%+ GST is scheduled on the possession date of December 2030

A payment plan refers to paying any liability or debt in an organized schedule for a given period, which helps people buy something using consolidation and make instalment payments over time. It is one of the best traditional methods in which the buyers pay 10% of the total amount during the booking. Rest 80% of the remaining amount has to be paid within 5 years of time frame.
